Pawlet Farm House, Vermont
The owners purchased an existing Vermont home, which had only had a six foot floor to ceiling head space in the basement. Don designed a new functional living space around the owner’s parameters for the lower level. The entire home was raised to accommodate an additional 3000 square feet of living space with 9’ ceilings.
